+   In busy periods, when clean dry glasses run short behind the bar,
     bartenders will dream of taking freshly washed cool glasses out of
     the glasswasher. Cool glasses are better for business – they
     make better drinks, they use less ice, they give faster service and
     make customers happier. The GS 200 Cool makes the barstaff’s
     dream a reality. The washing power of the constantly hot tank
     water guarantees hygienically clean results, while the machine’s
     integral cooling function delivers cool glasses, by using cold fresh
     water in the final rinse. And that's not all: Once the rush is over,
     you can increase the rinse temperature to 65° C at any time at
     the press of a button. This means that you decide whether you
     need clean, cold glasses now, or would rather speed up drying
     time with a hot rinse.

+   Guaranteed Hygiene A guaranteed temperature of 55 °C – to
     ensure sterile washing results – is maintained in the main wash
     cycle, followed by rinsing with cold fresh water. You can be

+   No waiting At busy times, you can use cold glasses direct from
     the glasswasher. You will save time, your customers will get
     served faster, and you will increase your sales.

+   Space-saving Thanks to the GS 200 Cool you won’t need a
     separate cooling area for glasses. This is a welcome
     bonus, especially in cramped bars where space is at a premium.

+   Flexible temperature selection The rinse temperature can be set
     to cold or hot, at the press of a button, with no waiting time. You
     can decide before the wash cycle whether you want to quickly
